BOOKINGS & POLICIES:

* Client must notify Alexa Koegel Photography AT LEAST 72 hours prior to desired photo shoot date.
* Payment must be made in FULL at the conclusion of the photo shoot date (unless otherwise arranged). NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
*All edited/ retouched images will be released to the client between 7-14 buisness days once PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL. Late payments exceeding 7-10 buisness days will result in a $50.00 late fee in addition to the final rate for every week payment has not been recieved by Alexa Koegel Photography.
*All images uploaded & shared online/ social media must be credited to Alexa Koegel & Alexa Koegel Photography pages.
* Client has 72-48 hours prior to scheduled photo shoot to notify Alexa Koegel Photography of cancellation without penalty. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the photo shoot rate.
* Client is held responsible for all travel & handling fees for equipment to be on location (i.e: backdrops, lighting, light modifyers, studio support system, etc).

*CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A PHOTO SHOOT BOOKING FORM CONTRACT IN ORDER TO RECIEVE PRIORITY SERVICES & PROPERLY RESERVE THE TIME SLOT & DAY OF DESIRED PHOTO SHOOT.*
